MEET ALLIYAH DAVAULT
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate
As a mental health counselor, I see therapy as a space where you can be honest about what’s happening for you without feeling judged, dismissed, or like you have to filter yourself. Life doesn’t come with a handbook, but therapy can be a place where you begin to build your own. My goal is to help you find clarity, relief, and ways forward that feel realistic while also building tools you can actually use outside of session.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have a strong interest in working with first responders and individuals in high-stress roles, with an understanding of how chronic stress and responsibility can impact identity, relationships, and overall well-being.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University. My clinical experience includes working with children, teens, and adults with concerns such as trauma, complex relationship dynamics, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
My approach is tailored to each person I work with. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), integrating mindfulness, behavioral strategies, and values based work. I value authenticity, honesty, and a grounded approach to therapy. No matter what you’re experiencing, my goal is to help you feel grounded, in control, and more connected to the life you want to live.
